For a lot of people, the gym is a great way to relieve stress and stay in good health. Everyone goes for different reasons, but it is always a positive impact on people's lives. One of the largest muscles in the human body is the back and a lot of people don't know how to get their back into shape. In this post, I will be going over the 3 best back exercises. Everyone's amount of sets and reps will vary depending on their goals.
The first exercise is one of the most common but it is common for a good reason. This is lat pull downs
This exercise is very similar to a pull up except it allows you to load heavy weight or do a lot less than your body wight. Also, this lift can be modified with a different grip to hit different muscles in the back
The next workout is bent over row
This exercise requires better form so you must practice with light weight before you do too much to avoid injury. Otherwise, this lift is great to build muscle on to your back and it does not require much equipment
Finally, another one of the best back workouts is seated rows
This lift is very easy to get the form down and most gyms have a machine like this one. Also, this lift is very good for loading weight. Another thing about this lift is you can change the bar out to a wider bar in order to hit different parts of your back
